Volume 1, Issue 1
2027
Applied Science and Technology
Volume 1, Issue 1 brings together practical research, technological innovation, and engineering solutions that address real-world challenges. It welcomes original findings, applied studies, design innovations, and critical reviews across the applied sciences and engineering disciplines, including mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics, computer, chemical, materials, environmental, energy, manufacturing, biomedical, and industrial engineering, together with emerging fields such as automation, robotics, sustainable technologies, smart systems, and digital engineering. By bridging fundamental science with applied technology, the issue seeks work that demonstrates scientific rigor, technical soundness, and reproducibility, with clear potential for industrial, societal, or environmental impact.
The journal is published quarterly, and the submission window for this issue closes on 26 March 2027.
Publication is free of cost. There is no submission charge and no article processing fee for any journal under NextGen Journals.
We are inviting original research, applied studies, design innovations, and critical reviews that fit the journal's scope above. Papers are peer-reviewed, and accepted work is scheduled into this issue as it clears review.
The journal is led by Editor-in-Chief Prof. Ben Clements, University of Leicester, England, United Kingdom.
Authors can send a manuscript through the press's submission form. You will hear from the editorial desk once your submission has been read.
Authors retain copyright in their work. The press's copyright form grants the press a licence to publish and distribute the paper, and the published paper is released open access under CC BY 4.0, so anyone may read and share it with credit to the author.
