Intelligent Journal — Technology and Management

TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Technology has stopped being a separate department. It now shapes how organizations plan, decide, compete, and grow, and good management increasingly depends on understanding the systems it relies on. The Intelligent Journal sits where those two worlds meet. The journal covers technology and management together. On the technology side, it publishes work on intelligent systems, data and analytics, digital infrastructure, and emerging tools. On the management side, it looks at strategy, operations, leadership, innovation, and organizational change. The most valuable papers connect the two: how a new technology changes the way a business runs, or how organizational decisions determine whether a technology succeeds or fails. We welcome original research, review articles, case studies, and practitioner perspectives from academics, executives, consultants, and technologists. Evidence matters here, and so does usefulness. We want work that a researcher can build on and a manager can act on. As a premier publication for advanced insights, the journal aims to give readers a clear, well-founded view of how technology and management are changing each other, and a trusted place for authors to contribute to that conversation.

Call for a special issue

Within the scope of the journal

Alongside its regular quarterly issues, each of the press's five journals will publish a special issue. The theme is the journal's own scope: any paper the journal already welcomes is welcome to the special issue. Special-issue papers go through the same screening and peer review as every other submission, and publication remains free of cost.
